Pregnancy yoga really helped my labour progress by doing the ‘funny’ walks! Once in labour I was able to use different yoga positions to ease the contractions. It also gave me something to focus on and helped me to keep calm. I now see the other mums from pregnancy yoga on a weekly basis for a coffee so it has been a great socially too.
